Thanksgiving Choice Board

It's so easy for me to get wrapped up in standards, curriculum maps, and data that I sometimes lose sight of the big picture.  In the midst of learning about the distributive property, branches of government, and properties of rocks and minerals it's hard to slow down and just enjoy my students.  I hadn't planned on doing much in the classroom for Thanksgiving this year, but I had to remind myself that I've got to give my students a break every now and then, so I'm excited to try one of new art projects I found on pinterest.  I also made a new Thanksgiving choice board that is in the same format as the Veteran's Day choice board.  I've included 3 writing, 3 language arts/reading, and 3 math activities, and I think that students will really enjoy it.  I'm excited to step back just a little and have a little extra fun with my class.

I've posted the choice board in my TpT store, so if you're interested click on the picture.
