December Currently & My Goodies

I've heard all about Meghan's "Currently" blog link ups, but I've never actually joined one.  I'm a little embarrassed to say that I've never been able to figure out how to add text to the picture.  I finally learned that I can just save the image to my desktop, insert the image into Powerpoint, and then add text boxes.  Thank you Holly!  It was so much easier than I expected!

I also wanted to show off some of my new purchases from TpT during the Cyber Monday sale. 

I've been eyeing Nicole Shelby's Greek Mythology Unit for months now, and I finally just had to have it.  I don't even teach mythology, but I know I'll be able to find several uses for this awesome product.  She really did a great job!  

  

I also bought the Hello Fonts Commercial License from Jen Jones.  I can't wait to start playing with my new fonts!  It's crazy that I now feel the need to use a special font for EVERYTHING I type.

  

I was thrilled to find clip art for informational text features.  I was working a new product and was dreading having to create everything from scratch.  This saved me so much time!

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this fraction product.  I had been racking my brain for months on how to best teach equivalent fractions, and this product has it all!  It's fun, creative, and it's perfect for our standards!  I cannot wait to use it with my students!
