All you have to do is print, and you’re ready to go! These printables are a great way to supplement your existing math curriculum. These interactive worksheets were designed to be student and teacher friendly, because no one wants boring practice!

Multiplication
Students solve a variety of multiplication problems using repeated addition, arrays, number lines, and grouping models. Students also solve word problems and practice properties of multiplication.

Division
Students solve a variety of division problems using repeated subtraction, arrays, number lines, and grouping models. Students will also find missing numbers and use fact families.

Area and Perimeter
This is my favorite pack, because it’s jammed full of higher level thinking worksheets. Students identify the area and perimeter, as well as solve word problems and create shapes with given area and perimeters.

Addition and Subtraction
These worksheets were created for my students who need a little extra help with addition and/or subtraction. They include games and fun activities that make regrouping fun!

Measurement

Unit 1 Place Value and Rounding Unit

This unit includes three weeks of math instruction that is written in an easy to follow format. The lessons are written to give students a solid foundation in representing numbers in written form, standard form, and expanded form, as well as the value and place value of numbers through the millions place. Students will also determine the relative size of digits. There is also a week of rounding instruction. In this unit you will find performance tasks to conceptually teach new skills through the workshop model, as well as work station activities and games for review.

Unit 2 Addition and Subtraction Unit

This includes two weeks of math instruction that is written in an easy to follow format. It includes numbers through 999,999. In each activity, students will problem solve and apply what they know about addition and subtraction to real world problems and situations.

Unit 3 Multiplication Unit

This includes four weeks of math instruction that is written in an easy to follow format. The lessons are written to give students a solid foundation in finding factors and multiples of numbers, multiplicative comparison, and multiplying 2-digit, 3-digit, and 4-digit numbers by 1-digit numbers, as well as multiplying 2-digit by 2-digit numbers. Students will learn to multiply larger numbers through box models, area models, and partial product.

Unit 4 Division Unit

This includes five weeks of math instruction that is written in an easy to follow format. The lessons develop students’ understanding of representing long division through base-ten blocks, multiplication, and place value. The lessons are written to give students a solid foundation of the concept of division, and dividing 2-digit, 3-digit, and 4-digit numbers by 1-digit numbers. Students will learn to divide larger numbers through box models, area models, and partial product.

Unit 5 Fraction Unit

Help your students to develop a conceptual understanding of fractions with this five week fraction unit! Students will further their understanding of fractions, as well as compare fractions, generate equivalent fractions, add and subtract fractions, and multiply fractions. This unit includes five weeks of math instruction that is written in an easy to follow format. The lessons are written to give students a solid foundation of the concept of fractions through engaging and hands-on lessons.

Unit 6 Decimal Unit

Help your students to develop a conceptual understanding of decimals with this four week decimal unit! Students will develop an understanding of decimals and general number sense. The unit allows students to understand how decimals relate to fractions, how to read and draw decimal models, as well as how to compare decimals.

Unit 7 Geometry Unit

Help your students to develop a conceptual understanding of geometry with this two week geometry unit! Students will develop an understanding of geometry: types of angles, types of lines, symmetry, and properties of quadrilaterals.

Unit 8 Measurement Unit

Help your students to develop a conceptual understanding of measurement with this four week measurement unit! Fourth Grade Math Unit 8 Students will develop an understanding of measurement and general number sense. Vocabulary

Each week’s vocabulary instruction follows the same format to provide consistency and easy to follow routines. All vocabulary words are Tier 2 words from the mentor texts in the reading units. Students create a vocabulary notebook or journal for their vocabulary words. The first few pages of the notebooks are used for a general word bank. The next set of pages include a word bank for prefixes and suffixes. The remainder of the notebook is for students’ weekly vocabulary practice.

• Monday: As a class produce brief definitions for each word.
• Tuesday: Brainstorm examples and non examples of each vocabulary word.
• Wednesday: Draw a picture representation of each word.
• Thursday: Students write words in high-quality sentences.
• Friday: Students take a brief vocabulary quiz over the six terms.

Fluency

Since repeated reading is one of the best ways to improve students’ reading fluency, there is one fluency passage for each week of instruction. The fluency passages should be sent home on Monday, and students should read the passage orally to an adult each night of the school week. These passages may be sent home on an as-needed basis.

Reading Centers/Literacy Centers and/or Reading Homework

There is a weekly choice board that can be used as part of your centers or as a homework assignment. As with all parts of this unit, the choice board is completely optional. On the choice board, there are 9 reading activities for students to choose from. You can set the parameters on what activities to complete, how many activities to complete, etc.
